Position: Bidding & Pricing Officer (B&P)
Requirements:
1. Minimum Bachelor Degree, from any discipline from reputable university
2. Min. has 1 year experience
3. Understand procurement & premises banking system and procedure
4. Good command in English (oral and written)
5. Good Communication and interpersonal skill
6. Computer literate
Responsibilities:
1. Support request variance goods from internal customer
2. Analyze requirement detail of goods, make request for quotation, and conduct bidding, clarification & negotiation with vendor
3. Maintain & update SLA monitoring, finishing pending items
4. Responsible to provide RFQ, SLA procurement
5. Maintenance various procurement & premises banking processes
6. Communicate, handling complains & prepare analytical reports of any kind of complain
7. Monitor & track the resolution of complain
