Customer Service
Qualifications :
1. Based in Jakarta
2. Minimum Bachelor Degree from reputable university
3. Fluent in English. Ability to speak Mandarin will be an advantage
4. Min 2 years experience as bank customer service, familiar with bank products & KYC principles
5. Fast learner, organized and service oriented

Delivery Channel Staff
Qualifications :
1. Based in Jakarta
2. Minimum Bachelor Degree from reputable university
3. Fluent in English & familiar with AS 400
4. Min 2 years experience in domestic banking operations : RTGS/LLG, clearing, time deposit
5. Fast learner, organized & accurate

INTERNAL AUDITOR – SENIOR OFFICER
Qualifications :
1. Based in Jakarta
2. Minimum Bachelor Degree from reputable university
3. Fluent in English, strong in Excel applications
4. Min 3 years relevant experience as bank auditor specialized in credit/loan audit
5. Familiar with banking regulations
6. Detail & accurate
7. Good in writing audit report (in English)
8. Willing to travel

RELATIONSHIP MANAGER – FUNDING
Qualifications :
1. Based in Jakarta : Pluit
2. Minimum Bachelor Degree from reputable university
3. Good in English. Ability to speak Mandarin will be an advantage
4. Min 3 years experience in selling funding products, especially time deposit
5. Good interpersonal & marketing skill, service oriented
6. Target oriented & possess good customer database
