1. Business Consultant HRIS (BC-HRIS) / Business Consultant IFS (BC-IFS)

Be responsible in giving solutions regarding application programs needed by customers, starting from identification the customer needs, determine technical specifications, preparing user documentations, exercising the new systems and conducting training of systems to the customers.

* Min. S1, preferably in computer science
* For BC-HRIS :
- Candidates with IT background : preferably have min. 1 year programming experience especially in developing HRIS software
- Candidates without IT background : have depth knowledge of Human Resources Information System
* For BC-IFS, have depth knowledge of IFS, both programming and system
* Preferably have 1 year experience as Business Consultant, with experiences in handling project

2. Application Engineer (APP-ENG)

Responsible for performing computer programming, including preparation of program documentation, logic programs & structure charts, test & debugs computer programs; prepare technical documentation.

* Min. S1 majoring in computer science
* Familiar with Java or Visual Studio.Net. Microsoft SQL Server or others RDBMS
* Have a good knowledge of Object Oriented Programming and or IFS System
* Preferably have 1 year Programming experience; fresh graduate are encouraged to apply

3. Application Support (APP-SUP)

Responsible of program applications installation, trial the programs, and deliver training or provide information to the customers of how to use the programs

* Min. S1 majoring in computer science
* Have a good knowledge of Java or Visual Studio.Net. Microsoft SQL Server or others RDBMS is an advantage
* Preferably have 1 year experience in the same field.

4. Designer (Designer)

Responsible to make / develop graphic design (Web and Printing) and to maintain the customers’ website.

* Min. S1 majoring in Visual Communication Design
* Preferably have 1 year experience as designer


1. Sales Engineer / Technical Engineer - Oil Field Chemical (SE-CE/TE-CE)

* Graduated of Chemical Engineering / Petroleum Engineering
* Have min. 3 years experience as Oil Field Chemical Engineer and familiar with bottle test
* Work independently and keen to travel

2. Sales Executive (SE)

Grow sales in existing customers and develop new business opportunities

* Min. S1 preferably from Engineering
* Min.1 year sales experience
* Work independently and keen to travel.

3. Technical Support (TS)

As part of sales team, be responsible on technical activities e.g. taking samples and conducting trials of products as per requested by customers.

a. Technical Support - Oil Field/Water Treatment (TS - CE/WT)

* Min. D3 Chemical Engineering
* Preferably min. 1 year technical experience in oil field chemical / water treatment chemical and or filtration system; fresh graduate are encouraged to apply
* Work independently and keen to travel

b. Technical Support - Paper (TS - Paper)

* Min. D3 Chemical Engineering / Pulp & Paper Engineering
* Have min. 2 years experience in the same position
* Work independently and keen to travel

4. Customer Service Representative (CSR) / Customer Service Operation (CSO)

Partnering with Sales Executive to ensure all back office sales activity are completed and to grow business

* Min. S1
* Min 1 year experience as Customer Service (for CSR and CSO), especially in shipping lines / freight forwarding industries (for CSO)


1. Accounting Supervisor (ACCT-SPV)

Responsible to generate report relating to Accounting matters

* Min S1 Accounting
* Min.3 years experience in accounting with min. 1 year experience in the same position
* To be posted in Pulogadung

2. Finance Staff (FIN)

Responsible in administering the reconciliation of cash in/out according to Bank and Company’s Book

* Min S1 Management
* Preferably having 1 year experience in the same field; fresh graduate are encouraged to apply

3. Accounting Staff (ACCT)

Responsible in preparing a good recording of all transaction

* Min S1 Accounting
* Preferably having 1 year experience in the same field; fresh graduate are encouraged to apply

4. Credit Controller (CC)

Responsible to control credit accounts, analyze accounts, identify and make report those that may require difficult collection procedures.

* Min D3 Accounting
* Min 2 years experience in handling cash management or A/R collection


1. Human Resources Management Officer (HRM)

In charge in industrial relations activities and personnel matters

* Min S1
* Min 2 years experience in the same position

2. Training Officer (TRA)

Conduct & facilitate training program, develop training modules, run TNA & post training performance consulting. Responsible for the coordination, administration and maintenance of the variety of training programs.

* Min. S1
* Min. 2 years experience as a Trainer.


1. Purchasing Staff (PUR)

Responsible in purchasing activities

* Min. S1
* Min. 1 year experience as Purchasing Staff
* To be posted in Cibitung

2. Exim Staff (EXIM)

Responsible in handling Exim activities including administering Exim documents

* Min. S1, preferably from Sekolah Tinggi Management Transportasi
* Min. 1 year experience as Exim Staff

3. Field Staff (FIELD)

In charge for clearance activities on port

* Min. SLTA
* Min. 2 year experience in the same position

4. Maintenance Staff (MTC)

Responsible in maintenance and repairing heavy equipments (wheel loader and forklift)

* Min. STM Engineering / Automotive
* Min. 2 year experience as Maintenance for wheel loader and or forklift
* Have domiciled in Cibitung
