* REGIONAL GENERAL MANAGER WEST INDONESIA - MEDAN

The incumbent will be responsible for the P/L, business performance, trade marketing program as well as finance accounting performance in the region. Report directly to Sales & Marketing Director. The position will be based in Medan.

Requirement
The requirements of this position are shown below:

1. Min 35 years of age
2. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree from respected / reputable University
3. At least 8 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
4. Pulp and Paper industries experience is preferred.
5. Familiar working in FMCGs company
6. Good leadership, result orientation, good networking and foresight skill
7. Excellent negotiation, analytical skill & effective leader / coach
8. Preferably experience in the assign markets
9. Good proficiency in spoken and written English
