IT Operation Officer
Role & Accountabilities:
- Manage and maintain IT system under Windows, Unix and AS/400 system
- Troubleshoot PC & Server Hardware
- Provide technical support for user
Essential Requirements:
- University graduate majoring Computer Engineering
- Minimum 1 year experience in the same role
- Strong knowledge in data communication and networking
- Fluent in English both written & verbal communication
- Team player
- Excellent in customer service
- Strong analytical skills & problem solving
