CARE International Indonesia (CII), as an international NGO, has carried out large scale operations in Indonesia, encompassing emergency operations, transitional activities centered on agriculture and nutrition and a range of development initiatives in such areas as water and sanitation, health and micro-credit.
CII in Palangka Raya Office is currently recruiting the following positions for its project:
PROCUREMENT ASSISTANT (PA-S)
JOB SUMMARY:
Ensure implementation all procurement request based on CARE Procedures and Donor Regulation.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Checking the PR about : completed and accurate the data based on Procurement Manual CARE Indonesia
- Prepare all procurement document (RFQ, SBA, PO , Contract, ROP, etc)
- Visit to vendors for market survey if needed
- Sending PSR to Procurement Unit ( Jakarta ) and cc to all PM’s in Central Kalimantan every weeks
- Ensure of delivery schedule have on time with PR
- Keeping all procurement document recorded, saved and confidential
- Initiative to give information about deviation of procurement procedure, vendor credibility and issues about price increase to OM & Procurement Coordinator or Admin Manager.
- Give maximum explanation and information about procurement process if needed by bidding team.
- Implementation duties and responsibilities not in Job Description yet but included on Procurement Manual CARE Indonesia.
- Familiar with vendors condition in Central Kalimantan
- Any other duties that maybe reasonably assigned by the supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education : Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience : 2 (two) Years in Procurement and With CARE
- Specific technical skills : Computer Skills (WORD, EXCEL, Internet)
- Good Communication
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Good analytical skills
