I.Call Center Agent - MEDAN - (Sumatera Utara - MEDAN)
Responsibilities:
• Giving best services to the customer by phone
• Giving solutions to the customer
• Giving information about product to the customer
Requirements:
* Male/Female, with maximum age 30 years old.
* University background, minimum D3 from any major with last GPA 2,5.
* Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
* Experience as Call Center or Customer Service minimum 3 months.
* Have a good communication skill.
* GOOD COMMAND IN ENGLISH Min. Pasif.
* Familiar with computer (minimum Ms Office).
* Good interpersonal skill and persuasive.
* Capable in Handling Complaint with Empathy and Willing to Seek for Information to Solve Problem at Work .
* Hard worker and could work under pressure.
* WILLING TO WORK IN FLEXIBLE TIME (SHIFTING).
* Domicile and will be Based in MEDAN
