We are an Oil & Gas Contractor Company, is currently seeking Indonesia’s young professionals with high motivation and strong determination for the following position:

Admin Tender
(Jakarta)

Responsibilities:
o Liaise with principal company overseas
o Be based in Jakarta, local and interstate travel may be required
* Some of responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
o Provide administrative assistance to the Marketing and Sales Engineer
o Draft & prepare tender documents
o Assist the Sales teams through direct interaction with customers in smaller scale sales

Requirements:
* Applicants must be willing to work in Jakarta Timur.
* Previous direct Oil & Gas application engineering experience an advantage.
* Full-Time positions available.
* Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree for Petroleum, Mechanical or Engineering.
* Required skill(s): administration skills, attention to details, process-orientedness, organizational skills, Computer literate (min. MS Office & email function).
* Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
